ATP-02 is an automatic high-precision potentiometric titrator. The device meets all requirements for this class of equipment: continuous and discrete titrant supply (range from 0.1 to 36 ml/min with a dosage device volume of 20 ml; and from 0.25 to 90 ml/min with a dosage device volume of 50 ml), automatic change of the feed rate as it approaches the equivalence point or the set point. point, etc.
The device allows titration using the following methods:
- general method of potentiometric titration;
- acid-base titration;
- precipitation titration;
- titration by complexation method;
- photometric titration (optional), etc.
These titration methods make it possible to determine acid and base numbers, the content of S, Cl, Pb and other substances in petroleum products, mineral and edible oils and other food products, drinking, natural, wastewater, soils, sediments, sludge, activated sludge, bottom sediments, atmospheric air and working area air, pulp and paper industry products, lime, alloys, ores, mineral fertilizers, forest chemical products, etc. in accordance with GOST and other regulatory documents.

The titrator is controlled using the Titrate-5.0 software package, which is available in three types of complete sets with different levels of functionality:
- Titrate Base
- Titrate Deluxe
- Titrate Pro
Titrate Base software package comes with the ATP-02 titrator. The Titrate Deluxe and Titrate Pro versions are available for an additional fee.
The Titrate software package is a modern software product in Russian with great analytical capabilities and a convenient, user-friendly interface built on the principle of intuitiveness. With the help of this software, the device is fully controlled during the measurement process, data is processed, metrological characteristics of the obtained results are calculated, information is stored and measurement protocols are printed.
Depending on the task being solved and the operator's qualifications, the Titrate software can operate in two modes - Analyzer and Researcher.
The Analyzer mode implements measurements in exact accordance with the methodology and regulatory document, while fully automating the process of obtaining the result. The Start command automatically takes place:
- measuring and processing data;
- creating a report;
- saving the measurement protocol in the database;
- print the measurement report in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory document.
This mode is most effectively used for daily measurements and allows you to minimize errors and fault introduced by the operator. The program guides the operator through the entire procedure, displays the necessary hints if necessary, and informs about possible errors. In this mode, you can also use targeted programs that are part of the complex.
In the Explorer mode, all the huge features of the program are opened, such as:
- creating your own measurement methods;

- development of new and modification of existing mechanisms for processing measurement results;
- changes to settlement mechanisms and user interfaces;
- calibrating and entering new electrode parameters;
- development of new and adjustment of existing protocols and printed forms;

The methods and techniques developed in the Researcher mode can be further used in the Analyzer mode.
In addition to the specified complete sets of the Titrate software package, the ATP-02 titrator is supplied with target programs for performing measurements for special tasks.
