Please provide the following information before calling to our customer service team:

  • description of the problem and the circumstances of its occurrence;
  • equipment type, model and serial number;
  • precise wording of error messages (if any are displayed in programs or on instrument displays);
  • system configuration and the analytical task to be solved.

A service engineer will evaluate the problem and advise you on how to solve it directly by phone. Be prepared to follow the recommendations of a specialist. It's very likely that repairs will not be required.

The Service and Repair Department provides:

  • commissioning works;
  • equipment warranty service;
  • maintenance and repair of equipment;
  • advice on operation and maintenance of equipment;
  • preparation of our production devices for periodic verification.

Warranty and post-warranty repairs

  • The warranty applies only to equipment installed by our specialists, operated in compliance with the requirements of the documentation and not subjected to unauthorized repair or modification.
  • The warranty period of operation of HPLC equipment is 1 year from the date of commissioning, but not more than 1.5 years from the date of delivery.
  • For the rest of the equipment, the warranty period is negotiated with the manager when purchasing it, as a rule, it is 1 year.
  • Consumables are not covered by the warranty.
  • After the end of the warranty period, our customers are provided with service and repair services for the equipment, regardless of the statute of limitations of the purchase.

Warranty repair of equipment is performed at the repair base of JSC Aquilon. Delivery of equipment for repair is carried out at the expense of the owner. Return delivery of equipment from repair is carried out at the expense of JSC "Aquilon" by agreement with the owner.

To transfer equipment for repair, you can use one of the following methods::

  • delivery by Autotrading company to the address of the Service and Repair Department in Podolsk;
  • delivery by Russian Post to the address of the Service and Repair Department in Podolsk;
  • delivery by any other transport company to the address of the Service and repair department in Podolsk;
  • delivery to the company's Moscow office (up to 5 kg);
  • self-delivery of equipment to the Service and Repair Department (pass-through mode);
  • it is possible to deliver large-sized equipment for repair from Moscow by transport of JSC Aquilon (by agreement).
