Our products
Aquilon Company is one of the leading domestic manufacturers and suppliers of analytical and laboratory equipment with more than twenty-five years of history.
During this time, we have developed and put into mass production more than 15 items of measuring instruments and laboratory equipment.
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
The new line of Steyer M chromatographs, being in some ways a logical continuation of the Steyer line, has a completely different set of metrological, technical and user characteristics.
Like the previous product line, we continue to position the Steyer M not as a system for scientific research that requires outstanding technical characteristics and requires the widest possible equipment settings, but as a device designed to solve daily routine analytical tasks and having the metrological characteristics necessary for guaranteed compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents.
In other words, we tried to develop devices that solve the maximum number of real-world analytical problems and at the same time are in the budget price category.
Special attention was paid to reliability, ergonomics and ease of operation.
We try to approach HPLC as an ordinary laboratory method, which is necessary at the current level of regulatory requirements in any laboratory. Based on this, a device was created that requires a minimum level of qualified maintenance and does not involve the highest level of qualification of personnel.
Atomic absorption spectrometry
Atomic absorption spectrometry
The A-2 atomic absorption spectrometer is a moden automatic instrument designed for performing atomic absorption analysis in both flame and electrothermal modes.
The A-2 spectrometer is equipped with two background radiation correction systems: the deuterium system and the Smith-Hifty system (correction by self-rotation of the spectral line).
Setting the wavelength, peak search procedure, adjusting the width of the spectral slit, switching spectral lamps, adjusting the height and position of atomizers are performed automatically. For various measurement modes, the software contains sets of pre-configured parameters, and these sets of parameters can be reconfigured by the user in accordance with the methodological instructions for conducting a specific analysis.
Spectrophotometry
Spectrophotometry
Spectrophotometry and photometry are among the main methods of analysis used in modern laboratories.
Most photometric methods allow the use of photocolorimeters, but the use of spectrophotometers with more advanced optical schemes significantly improves all metrological characteristics of measurements.
Aquilon company offers you SF-102 and SF-104 spectrophotometers that allow you to meet the most stringent requirements of Russian and international standards for product safety and quality control.
Potentiometric titration
Potentiometric titrationе
Titrometry is one of the most common and proven analytical methods, widely used in laboratories.
ATP-02 is an automated software and hardware complex consisting of a high-precision potentiometric titrator and specialized software Titrate-5.0.
The titrometric unit allows you to perform continuous and discrete titrant feeding with high accuracy, automatically changing the feed rate as you approach the equivalence point or a given point.
High dosing accuracy is ensured by the use of mechanical components and calibrated Duran glass elements manufactured by Schott (Germany) in the ATP-02.
Voltammetry
Voltammetry
The inversion voltammetry method is probably the most popular electrochemical method in the daily practice of analytical laboratories today. It is widely used in determining the content of the following elements:
Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu, Bi, Tl, Ag, Co, Ni, Sn, Se, Fe, Hg, As, Мn, Sb и др.
The AKV-07MK voltammetric analyzer is an electrochemical analyzer that implements the inversion voltammetry method on rotating solid-state electrodes and is designed for qualitative and quantitative analysis of objects of various origins for the content of heavy metal ions and toxic elements.
pH meters
pH meters
pH meters are designed to measure the activity of hydrogen ions (pH), the redox potential (Eh), and the temperature of solutions.
They are widely used in laboratories of almost any orientation, including in the system of state control and supervision, in production (including meat and dairy and bakery industries), clinical and diagnostic, forensic, research laboratories, university workshops, and many others.
The pH meter is one of the few measuring instruments without which it is impossible to imagine any laboratory, and the hydrogen index (pH) is probably the most frequently measured value in analytical and production control. Almost all measurement methods use a pH meter as auxiliary equipment, so the quality of measurements on a wide variety of analytical equipment depends on its capabilities, ease of use and reliability.
Ionomers
Ionomers
The ionomer is used to determine the activity of hydrogen ions (pH), redox potential (Eh), concentration (activity) of ions.
The I-510 ionometer is designed to determine the activity of hydrogen ions (pH), redox potential (Eh), and the concentration (activity) of ions in aqueous solutions: fluorides F-, bromides Br -, chlorides Cl -, iodides I-, nitrates NO3-, sulfides S2-, potassium K+, sodium Na+, silver Ag+, ammonium NH4+, calcium Ca2+ , etc., as well as for potentiometric titration when the device is equipped with additional devices.
The I-510 ionomer is a modern, convenient device that meets all the requirements for devices of this class in the world's laboratory and field practice. The I-510 ionomer is used for analytical control of various objects (water, food products and raw materials, pharmaceutical and veterinary products, environmental objects), as well as in production systems for continuous monitoring of technological processes.
ESLK-01.7 combined glass laboratory electrode
ESLK-01.7 combined glass laboratory electrode
The electrode is designed for measuring the pH value of aqueous solutions and other liquid media, complete with secondary transducers (pH meters and ionomers). Structurally, the electrode is a system consisting of a measuring electrode and a reference electrode and made in one housing. The electrode is a general-purpose sensing element (sensor) and is used in analytical laboratories of industrial enterprises, in agricultural, environmental, scientific and other laboratories.
D-301 deionizer
D-301 deionizer
Device for producing highly purified water, capacity 0.7 l / min, specific resistance 18 MΩ·cm
The D-301 deionizer is an inexpensive, easy-to-use and reliable device for producing high-purity water.
The D-301 deionizer monitors the specific resistance of water at the inlet and outlet and signals when it deviates from the set mode.
The device has a constant water circulation mode, thanks to which the user constantly receives water with high resistivity at the output (there is no need to discharge water to enter the device mode).
