The Model 121M fluorimetric detector is designed for the analysis of fluorescent substances, including benz(a)pyrene, aflatoxins, and OPA derivatives of amino acids.
The detector has a unique optical scheme with the use of semiconductor light sources. The quartz cuvette of the cylindrical detector has a volume of 1 µl, which makes it possible to successfully use this device for micro-column HPLC.
