Unlike the pumps series I, the pumps series II are more powerful and precise devices with the ability to choose not only the material of the liquid path, but also the size of the head. Retaining all the functions of the I-series pumps, these devices can be used for both IC and HPLC analysis, including as part of gradient systems with the formation of a gradient of the mobile phase composition on the high-pressure line and a gradient of the total flow. The choice of liquid path material (SS 316 or PEEK) also provides the ability to work with any solvent.

The flow control, flushing and surge control systems are similar to the corresponding pump series I. High power and flow accuracy are provided by the cam drive gearbox.
The pumps series II can be successfully used for both micro-scale (minimum flow rate from 0.005 ml/min) and preparative (maximum flow rate up to 40 ml/min) chromatography.
