Single-beam scanning spectrophotometer, 200-1100 nm, built-in graphic display, 3 nm width of the selected spectral interval, photometric range from -0.3 to 3.0 e.o.p.
The SF-102 spectrophotometer is the latest generation device operating in the UV and visible regions of the spectrum. The optical scheme with light flux separation allows us to take into account fluctuations and drift in the radiation intensity of the light source.

Without connecting the spectrophotometer to a PC, you can work in the following modes:
- spectrophotometric analysis;
- concentration measurements;
- kinetic;
- measurement of the "DNA/protein" concentration.
Main Features
- Displaying the spectrum on the screen.
- Autosampler for 8 cuvettes (an additional cuvette compartment for 5 cuvettes allows analysis using cuvettes with an optical path length of 5-100 mm).
- Optical scheme with split-beam light separation, which significantly reduces noise and baseline drift.
- Self-testing every time you turn it on.
- Ability to work in manual and automatic modes.
- User-friendly graphic display.
- Storing measurement and calibration results in memory.
- Chemical resistant housing material.
The key components of the spectrophotometer: deuterium lamp, high-performance holographic grating, detector, are designed by the world's leading manufacturers, combined with the most modern design and assembly technologies, provide excellent key features such as the lowest level of stray light, high photometric accuracy, baseline stability, wide dynamic range and durability of the device.
A programmable automatic eight-cell holder with electronic control allows you to measure a series of eight samples. Due to the low noise level and high resolution, you can use cuvettes with a large optical path and get results with guaranteed quality. The compartment for deuterium and halogen lamps is designed in such a way as to simplify their installation and eliminate operator errors. The SF-102 spectrophotometer is equipped with two quartz cuvettes and a spare halogen lamp.
The full capabilities of the spectrophotometer are revealed when working with an external computer with special UVWIN software. When working without a computer, you can print measurement reports using a printer that connects directly to the spectrophotometer via a standard connector.
Accessories for the spectrophotometer:
- Holder for cuvettes up to 100 mm
- Peltier thermostatically controlled holder
- Thermostatically controlled holder
- Solid sample rotary holder
- Halogen lamp
- Deuterium lamp
- Peristaltic pump
