Single-beam scanning spectrophotometer, 190-1100 nm, integrated graphic display, 2 nm width of the selected spectral interval, photometric range from -0.3 to 3.0 e.o.p.
The SF-104 spectrophotometer is a scanning spectrophotometer operating in the UV and visible regions of the spectrum. The optical scheme with light flux separation allows us to take into account fluctuations and drift in the radiation intensity of the light source.
Built-in software and a large display allow you to work without using a PC.

Main Features
- Displaying the spectrum on the screen.
- Autosampler for 8 cuvettes (an additional cuvette compartment for 5 cuvettes allows analysis using cuvettes with an optical path length of 5-50 mm).
- Optical scheme with split-beam light separation, which significantly reduces noise and baseline drift.
- Self-testing every time you turn it on.
- Ability to work in manual and automatic modes.
- User-friendly graphic display.
- Storing measurement and calibration results in memory.
- Chemical resistant housing material.
The key components of the spectrophotometer: deuterium lamp, high-performance holographic grating, detector, are designed by the world's leading manufacturers, combined with the most modern design and assembly technologies, provide excellent key features such as the lowest level of stray light, high photometric accuracy, baseline stability, wide dynamic range and durability of the device. Computer monitoring of the device's operation is carried out with confirmation of the correctness of the procedures performed.
A programmable automatic eight-cell holder with electronic control allows you to measure a series of eight samples. Due to the low noise level and high resolution, you can use cuvettes with a large optical path and get results with guaranteed quality.
By pressing only one key, you can measure six samples of pharmaceutical solutions; two positions of the cuvette holder will be allocated for the required standard and zero solutions.
The compartment for deuterium and halogen lamps is designed in such a way as to simplify their installation and eliminate operator errors.
The SF-104 spectrophotometer is equipped with two quartz cuvettes, software and a spare halogen lamp.
Additionally supplied
- Halogen lamp, deuterium lamp.
- Cuvette holder with optical path from 5 to 50 mm.
- Peltier temperature-controlled cuvette holder.
