TSC-003 Column thermostat

When developing the thermostat for the Steyer-M line, the developers used a number of non-standard design solutions.

The heating element with increased power allows the implementation of heating in a minimum time, and the precise software PID controller provides an optimal heating profile and quick response to changes in external conditions.

A powerful air fan provides fast forced cooling, which allows you to control not only an increase, but also a decrease in the column temperature, and also speeds up the transition to a different temperature control value.

Controlled airflow to all external cavities, including the airflow circuit inside the thermostat cover, allows the thermostat housing to maintain a normal temperature even at maximum column heating, ensuring comfortable work for personnel and surrounding equipment.

• Short heating and cooling times.
• Stability of maintaining the column temperature is not worse than 0.1 °C at a point and not worse than 0.2 °C over the entire volume of the column.
• Accuracy of temperature setting is not more than 0.1 °С.
• Ability to install at least two columns in the thermostat complete with guard column holders.
• Work in temperature gradient mode.
• Accelerated response to changes in external conditions and a quick return to operating mode.
• Convenient and friendly user interface.
• Rapid temperature drop when the appliance is turned off (forced cooling).
• Turn the appliance on or off at a specific, predefined time using the built-in timer.
