Accessories for liquid chromatography
High-pressure capillaries
SS316 steel capillaries
They are delivered in bays completely ready for use. Specially prepared and cleaned interior surface. The outer surface is ideal for mounting pressure ferrules and screws. Any quantity can be purchased.

Color-coded PEEK capillaries
PEEK (polyetheroetheroketone) is inert and chemically stable. It is 10 times less permeable to oxygen than Teflon and significantly more heat-resistant. Capillaries made of this material can be used to work with mobile phases containing almost any organic solvents and aqueous solutions of salts and acids, while ensuring maximum inertia of the liquid path.

Medium and low pressure capillaries
Capillaries from PFA
Capillaries made of PFA (prefluoroalkoxyethylene) material are very inert. They are used in low-and medium-pressure chromatography. PFA capillaries are used for pumping gases instead of PTFE capillaries, as they have a wider operating pressure range (by an average of 60%).

High pressure fittings
Rheodyne pressure screws and ferrules
These elements are made of SS316 grade stainless steel, can withstand pressures up to 1,380 bar (20,000 psi) when tightened with a wrench, and are designed to fit capillaries into the ports of manual and automatic injectors, as well as Rheodyne flow switches.
Pressure screws with replaceable ferrule
Designed for connecting capillaries to ports with conical threads 10-32. The fitting structure consists of two parts: a pressure screw and a ferrule. If necessary, you can only change the ferrule without changing the entire structure.
Pressure screws with cast ferrule
They are made of PEEK material. The one-piece design of the fitting provides convenience and ease of use, the ferrule will not remain in the injector port and will not be lost when dropped. Fittings are available in various lengths and have a round head with a notch for wrapping by hand.
SS316 capillary connectors
Zero dead volume capillary connectors made of SS316 stainless steel are passivated and thoroughly washed. Included with the connectors are screws and ferrules made of the same steel.
PEEK capillary connectors
* supplied without screws and ferrulesZero dead volume capillary connectors made of PEEK material are equipped with two F-300 pressure screws with ferrules.

Low pressure fittings | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Flat tip fittings
One of the most popular port configurations in low-pressure equipment is a threaded port with a flat bottom. To connect the capillary to such a port, a flat-tip pressure screw and a ferrule, usually installed in the opposite direction, are used. These fittings are made of ETFE material( tefzel), easy to use and cost-effective. The screws have a round head with a notch for turning "by hand".
Low pressure capillary connectors
Low-pressure connectors are made of various polymer materials, have chemical resistance and low price. Capillary fittings are available separately. The working pressure of the capillary connector is determined by the selection of the appropriate clamping screws and ferrules.

Mobile phase filters | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Universal mobile phase filters
Mobile phase filters are used to protect the pump from mechanical impurities that can enter the liquid path from the eluent jar. The filter design makes it easy to replace it without using a tool. To do this, just unscrew the pressure screw with your hands and connect the capillary to the new filter.
Hydrophobic mobile phase filters
They are made of hydrophobic UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight Polyethylene) material. The design of the filter is such that the capillary passes through the entire filter to the bottom, which allows you to take the solution from a distance of 2.5 mm from the bottom of the bottle. To properly wet the filter surface, add methanol or acetonitrile before starting work.
Inline filters | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Inline SS316 steel filters
Inline filters are placed between the pump and the injector. Their purpose is to catch particles that are inevitably formed as a result of mechanical wear of the pump piston seal. Without an inline filter, particles can enter the injector valve through the capillary system, causing damage to the valve and further contamination of the system.
Inline PEEK filters
The filter consists of a steel housing and two PEEK plugs, one of which has a built-in frit with a pore size of 2 microns. The plugs have a 10-32 thread hole for connecting 1/16” OD capillaries using standard fittings. The filter has an operating pressure of up to 6000 psi and a maximum recommended flow rate of 25 ml/min. Since all filter elements in contact with the mobile phase are made of PEEK material, this filter is inert and chemical resistant. To replace the filter element, unscrew the cap containing frit and replace the old frit with a new one.

Tools | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
IDEX spanners
They are designed for fitting fittings into the ports of injectors, where it is often very difficult to use a standard tool. In the end part of the key has a special slot for the capillary.
Polymer capillary cutter
It's designed for precise vertical cutting of any polymer capillaries with diameters from 1/16” to 1/8”. The use of this tool prevents parts and burrs of the material from entering the channel. A smooth vertical cut ensures reliable sealing of the capillary in the fitting. The cutter design ensures safe use.
Wire-cutters for metal capillaries
Obtaining a smooth cut of metal capillaries with an external diameter of 1/16” is quite a difficult task, since the metal from which they are made is quite soft. This tool successfully solves this problem without biting a metal capillary with an internal diameter of up to 0.13 mm. The wire-cutters are supplied in a plastic case.
